The South Side Branch of the Bethlehem Area Public Library hopes to organize a community cookbook this summer. If we manage to receive enough submissions, we will create a cookbook to add to our collection! Recipes can be handed in June 10-August 19 during the hours of Monday – Thursday 10:00-7:00 and Saturday 10:00-2:00.
