The SouthSide Arts District has multiple venues offering the finest in acting and theatrical performance. The Zoellner Arts Center, located on the Lehigh University campus, has featured world-renowned artists, as well as collaborations with local non-profit entertainment partners. One such partner is the Touchstone Theatre; a professional not-for-profit theatre dedicated to the creation of original work. Founded in 1981, Touchstone Theatre’s resident ensemble of artists are rooted in the local community and offer innovative theatre arts education to hundreds of children, teens and young adults every year.
