ChiliFest 2023

A ChiliFest passport grants you access to the event and includes a map of all tasting locations, live music locations, and a special QR code to vote for your favorite chili! Passport reservations are limited and available on a first-come first-served basis.

At each stop on the ChiliFest Trail, flash your passport to receive your chili sample, then travel to the next stop on your route. Once you complete the trail, scan the QR code on the back of your passport to vote for your favorite chili. The winning chilies will be announced at 4:30 PM at the ChiliFest stage on the first block of the South Bethlehem Greenway across from the parking deck.

HOW TO PICK UP YOUR PASSPORT ORDER

Pick up your passport orders at the SouthSide Arts District Office, located at 324 S. New Street in Bethlehem next to the New Street Parking Garage. You must bring a print or digital copy of your order receipt to claim your passports.

FOR GROUPS OF 3 or MORE: We recommend designating someone in your party to pick up your passport orders.  Please specify the first & last name of your pickup person in the “Notes” section at check out (not required if you will be picking up yourself).

PICK UP DATES & TIMES:

EARLY PICK UP:
October 19 & 20 between 10:00 AM- 6:00 PM. Office will close promptly at 6 PM.

DAY OF EVENT PICK UP:
October 21 between 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Office will close promptly at 2:00 PM.

If the window for order pickup has closed, admission to the event cannot be guaranteed and no refunds can be issued.
