Yoga for Every Body

Join us to clear and refresh our minds, as we come together to embrace wellness and mindfulness through yoga. Led by experienced yoga instructor, Susan Morelock, this event welcomes individuals of all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or completely new to the practice, “Yoga for Every Body” is designed to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where everyone can find their own path to balance and serenity.
Participants are required to bring their own mat. You are welcome to bring your own yoga blocks or yoga strap if you like. Pose modifications will be suggested so that you can meet yourself where it feels comfortable for your body during each class.
Space is limited. Pre-registration is required to secure your spot and receive important event updates.
