Live on the Greenway 2024 Concert Series Lineup Announced!

Live on the Greenway returns to South Bethlehem in May and June for another community concert series! The concerts will be held on Sunday afternoons from 12-3 PM at Harmony Pavilion on the Webster & Taylor block of the South Bethlehem Greenway.  The events will be free and open to the public, with food and beverages available to purchase from local brewers and businesses.

Attendees are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or beach towel for seating, sunglasses, and sunscreen for a comfortable viewing experience. Live on the Greenway is brought to you in partnership with the City of Bethlehem and SouthSide Arts District, a nonprofit program of the Bethlehem Economic Development Corporation.

Life After Dead: Grateful Dead Tribute

Returning to Live on the Greenway for a second year in a row, Life After Dead brings tribute to the improvisational, indescribable music of Grateful Dead! Life After Dead is comprised of Rich Jeffreys on lead vocals and guitar, Jon Fadem (from Start Making Sense: Talking Heads Tribute) on lead guitar and vocals, Dave Johnsen (from Project/Object) on bass and vocals, and Zach Martin on drums. Together, they create a sound which, while reminiscent of their collective musical influences, reflects a desire to create exciting new music which stretches the boundaries of imagination, while inspiring their audiences to dance at the same time.

The Billy Bauer Acoustic Duo

A Bethlehem, PA based acoustic rock group, the Billy Bauer Band has played some of the most prestigious music festivals & venues in America. Their sound is craftily woven with electric violin, and folky grooves. They built their fan base the old fashioned way, through years of touring and great live performances. The band has opened for Grammy winners and top billboard artists: Young The Giant, Third Eye Blind, O.A.R. (Of A Revolution), Tim Reynolds (of Dave Matthews Band), Blues Traveler, Gin Blossoms, Pete Francis (of Dispatch), Uncle Kracker, and more.

The Beautiful Distortion is an American rock band with a hook-driven, harmony-heavy melodic sound, fronted by vocalists/guitarists Dave Doll and sisters Karen Jones and Amy Jones, and featuring Chris Reagle on lead guitar, Jake Morrison on bass guitar, and Tim Harrell on drums. The band’s songwriting ranges from heavy metal to indie/acoustic, pulling from diverse styles and influences such as Alice In Chains, Dream Theater, Fleetwood Mac, and Ghost.
