A small version of South by Southwest

ArtsQuest officials have long admired festivals such as the massive South by Southwest in Austin, Texas, and, on a smaller scale, Lancaster’s Roots and Blues Festival. Those festivals offer great entertainment while using existing spaces and highlighting the area’s businesses and restaurants as people walk the streets from one event to another.
