Music, art, crafts and chili are on tap Saturday when an annual tradition — the Spring on the Southside Community Festival and Chili Cook-Off — returns to Bethlehem on Saturday. The festival will be presented by the SouthSide Arts District on the Greenway. Also, South Side businesses will have deals, sidewalk sales and activities.
